Beginners Pilates Series
New to Pilates?..... start with this 5 Part Video Series to achieve the best understanding of your posture, and how your body can move and feel better. This is a technique based pilates series that will teach you the basic principles of Pilates which is key to learn before you start the Level 1 pilates classes.
Under each video there is information on time length, type of class (JTone&JSculpt) and the level of difficulty, and a detailed description of what to expect. Each with a different focus and length, sometimes using different props such as Resistance bands, Pilates balls, Fitness Circle, Foam Roller, weights (or cans from the cupboard!)and more!
JTone - the signature mat classes which incorporate a full body Pilates workout of toning, strengthening and lengthening
JSculpt - the targeting class which focuses on specific body parts (arms, legs, core, back, hips and glutes) and you will achieve that oh so loved Pilates burn!
Levels of Class
Level 1 - Slow paced technique driven pilates classes for the beginner, or post injury client, or for those experienced clients who want to go back to review the foundation principles of Pilates.
Level 2 - Exercises and movements for the confident pilates student challenging coordination, strength, flexibility and balance. Often using Pilates props.
Level 3 - Exercises and movements for the confident Pilates clients who have a good level of fitness and wants more of a challenge.

Live Video Classes - all live Zoom classes are recorded and available to all subscribers. They are intermediate level based Level 2/3 classes.
JStretch & Breathe - a time to breathe and stretch leaving you more supple, relaxed and streets-freeSuitable for everyone.
Barre Express - 30-40min of dynamic and energising exercise (but still low-impact) which cleverly blends simple ballet moves with contemporary Pilates. Repetitive small movements will get your heart rate up and those muscles burning! All levels welcome.
Active Ageing - Aimed at the age 50/60/70/80/90+ pilates student who is able to exercise on their own, without needing the aid of another person for daily activity. This is a slower paced class where we spend less time or no time down on the floor. We focus on improving mobility of the spine and joints, keeping the muscles and bones strong, practise balance, coordination and keeping the mind sharp! Guidance for safe daily movement and fall prevention is continually provided.
These classes are for those clients recovering from an injury or operation or suffering from pain or discomfort. You must have medical clearance from your GP or specialised practitioners before you do any exercise. Each of these pilates videos will have a different focus from back care, improving strength of a joint after a break or strain, foot issues, scoliosis, to neurological problems.
